I'm back. No better way to get back into blogging than with a workout, right? :)
Here's what I did today:
50 squats
40 situps
30 squat jumps
20 pushups
10 lunges (with a 5-count pulse at the bottom)
Grab a timer and complete five rounds with no (or minimal) rest. Record your time and try to beat it next week!!
